José y Antonio (25 y 31 años) se casaron en diciembre de 2012 en Alcorcón (Madrid). En su entorno familiar y laboral nunca han sentido un trato diferente por su condición sexual. En su vida cotidiana tampoco habían sufrido grandes muestras de rechazo social. Sin embargo, tras formalizar su matrimonio se han encontrado con un tratamiento inesperado: “Pedimos al Registro Civil de Alcorcón un certificado de nuestro matrimonio y cuando nos lo entregaron nos encontramos con la sorpresa: mi marido aparece efectivamente como ‘marido’, pero se refieren a mí como su ‘mujer’”, cuenta José.
